A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for inside relaxation, but this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessable from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom overlooking the oceanfront beach and blue water beyond. Plan your day with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise, or end your afternoon recreation with beverages and dinner. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This property rental also provides it's guests access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at the Marriott Hutchinson Island for information regarding fees and guest membership access. The Spoonbill Condominium Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the Spoonbill premises.
