Beachwalk is centrally located within the Indian River Plantation Resort, and is a very short walk to the Resort ocean beach access, as well as to MacArthur Blvd. for easy vehicle access to other interesting locations along the island such as Bathtub Beach and the House of Refuge museum.

The Beachwalk community within the Indian River Plantation Resort consists of 7 Key-West style 8-unit buildings with both ground floor and second floor 2-BR, 2-BA floor plans. Each residence includes a large corner patio or balcony. There is an on-site heated community pool and community BBQ grilling area. Reserved outside parking spaces provided, but no assigned spaces.
