The Hutchinson House community spans the width of Hutchinson Island from the Atlantic ocean across to the Intracoastal waterway and offers many on-site recreational amenities.

Hutchinson House is located on Hutchinson Island on both sides of NE Ocean Boulevard (A1A) just north of the IRP Resort and stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway on the west side across the island to the Atlantic ocean on the east side. There are 2-BR and 3-BR condos with a variety of floor plans. The buildings have elevators and some covered parking. There are 2 heated swimming pools, tennis courts, two owner clubhouses, community BBQ grilling areas, and a marina for your enjoyment.
